Colla M. Ro, 82, of Paducah, passed away at 8:39 pm on Tuesday, December, 29, 2015 at The Ray and Kay Ecksetin Hospice Care Center.
She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church where she was a member of Women's United and Prayer Team Chairman of Western Union Baptist Association, and a published author.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Lynn McBride, of Carbondale IL; son Randy Chun Ro and wife Kim of Kevil, KY, Terry Wayne McBride of Kevil, KY, sister, Viola Marie Davis of Murphysboro IL; four grandchildren, Justin Randall Ro, Ashley Rose Renee Ro, Tony McNichols, and Tonya McNichols; three great grandchildren, Kallie Kimbler, Lily Copeland, and Sarah Ro Duncan.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chun W. Ro, and her parents, Woodrow W. Eason, and Harriet M. Rawlins.
Funeral services for Colla will be 2:00 pm on Sunday, January, 3, 2016 at Olivet Baptist Church, with Rev. Howard Atkinson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Visitation for Colla will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday, January, 2, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
