Diane McMillen Johnson, age 50 of Mayfield formerly of Paducah, passed away at 2:55 pm on April 13, 2015 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, KY.
She is survived by her brother, Patrick Edward McMillen and wife, Marie of Murray; mother-in-law, Phyllis Johnson and her partner Hans Bos of Lone Oak, KY; brother-in-law, Keith "Corky" Johnson of California; niece, Danielle McMillen Linsin and husband, Eric "Iggi" of Benton; great-niece, Brantley Brooke Linsin of Benton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Kevin Johnson; parents, Tollie Dell McMillen, Jr. and Donna Louise Ford McMillen.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens at 12 noon with Mike Hanover officiating. A visitation will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah Friday, April 17, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
