Ina Sowell

Ina Louise Sowell, age 86, of Paducah passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017, 7:35 a.m. at her residence.
Ina was a life- member of Rosary Chapel Catholic Church where she sang in the church choir and served in the Women's Ministry. She also was a member of the Daughters of Isabella Circle #258.
She was preceded in death by her parents Matthew D. McCauley, Sr. and Leola Evelyn Toliver McCauley, her husband, Paul Thomas Sowell, Sr., a daughter, Clara Louise Dunbar, a sister and two brothers.
Surviving are two sons Paul Thomas Sowell, Jr. Cinncinati, OH and Dr. Jermaine Ash-Shahid Ali of Lousiville, KY; three sisters, Gloria McCauley-Freeman of Auburn Hills, MI; Shirley McCauley-Bunch and Rose McCauley- Lowery both of Paducah; two Granddaughters; several Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017, 12 noon, at Rosary Chapel Catholic Church. Father Stan Puryear will officiate. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Prayers will be said at the church on Saturday morning, 9:30 a.m. led by The Daughters of Isabella, Circle #258.
