L. Williams

January 25, 1928 — June 27, 2018

L. Imogene Williams, 90, of Paducah, passed away at 2:52 pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Williams was a member of First Christian Church of Paducah; the retired Manager of Advertising for Paducah Drug Company and a 50 plus year member of the Clara Henrich Chapter 424 Order of the Eastern Star where she had served as Past Worthy Matron.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Gwen Brannon of Paducah, grandson, William Courtney James; great grandson, William Dalton James; two sisters-in-law one brother-in-law, and her beloved dog Channa.

She was preceded in death by her, husband, Brooks Williams Jr.; son-in-law Richard Brannon; sister, Marguerite Sledd; two brothers, Oval "Bub" Crenshaw and Jewell Crenshaw. Her parents were Claude Crenshaw and Rosella Alexander Crenshaw.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Linda Creason officiating. Visitation for Mrs. Williams will be from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday June 30, 2018 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.

Gwen would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the exceptional care and compassion they showed her mother. Especially the Bridge Wing.
