Leslie Venters

Leslie E. Venters, 91, of Paducah passed away at 11:33 pm on Monday, November 9, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Venters was a member of Gospel Assembly Church, and a Unites States Marine Corps Veteran who served during World War II; he was a retired Sheetmetal Worker and supervisor with Union Local #110 with over 50 years of service. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 127 F&AM where he was a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason .

Mr. Venters is survived by his daughter, Joan Bruyns of Paducah; his son, Charles Venters and wife Diana of Paducah; three grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Lucille Cargill Venters; and one grandson. His parents, Alex Edwards Venters and Ida Mae Arnold Venters Broaddus.

Funeral services for Mr. Venters will be 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Encil Edmonds and Rev. Michael Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
