Mrs. Linda C. Lamb, age 85 of Mayfield, passed away at 6:45 P. M.
Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Mills Health & Rehab Facility in Mayfield.
She was a member of the First Church of The Nazarene in Mayfield and a
former home child daycare provider. She is survived by three sons: Rev. Mike
(Devonda) Wilford, Mayfield, Steve "Leroy" Lamb, Mayfield, Jeff (Anastasia)
Lamb, Fancy Farm, one daughter: Mayor Teresa (Mike) Cantrell, Mayfield,
Seven grandchildren: Adrienne Dorris, Carthage, TX., Sarah (Josh) Sullivan,
Owesboro, Nathan (Casie) Lamb, Mayfield, Kristin (Kirk) Pippin, Athens, AL.,
Katelyn (Matt) Fondaw, Benton, Tyler Cantrell, Elizabethtown, and Michelle
Cantrell, Mayfield, seven great grandchildren: Morgan Aldana, Cheyenne
Caldwell both of Carthage, TX., James Austin Lamb, Audrie Lamb and Zacharie
Lamb all of Mayfield, and Isabella Sullivan of Owensboro, Ky. One great great grandchild, Mary Faith Caldwell, Carthage, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Hassel Lamb,
one son: Randall Jack Wilford, Father: Charles O. Turner, mother: Gladys
Turner Madden, step father: Robert Madden, 4 brothers: Kermit Turner,
Quinton Turner, Charles Turner and Paul Otis Turner, three sisters: Charlene
Breedlove, Ferne Overby and Joy Paugh. Funeral services will be conducted at
11:00 A.M. Saturday at the First Church of The Nazarene with Revs. Steve
Melvin and Mike Wilford officiating. Interment will follow in the Mayfield
Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be: Clay Burgess, Caleb Bell,
Parker Morris, Londyn Morris, Scott Roper and Alan Lindsrom. Friends may
call from 5 PM until 9PM Friday at the First Church of The Nazarene in
Mayfield . The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
