Margaret Hankins

December 11, 1923 — November 3, 2015

Margaret F. Hankins, 91, of Paducah passed away at 4:42 am on November 3, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah.

She was a homemaker, an acomplished seamstress, and had been a busdriver for McCracken County Schools. She was a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church and she a volunteer at Western Baptist Hosptial for 25 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Julia Forsythe and husband David of Paducah; two grandchildren, Laura Forsythe of Paducah, and Kayla Forsythe Adams of Beale Air Force Base, California; three sisters, Jessie McWaters of Paducah, Elsie Bridges of Mesa, Arizona, and Sarah Hollis of Paducah; and several neices and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Roy Hankins, Jr.; three sisters, Lois Brooks, Mary Donaldson, and Sadie Borden; and brother, James T. Donaldson Jr. Her parents were James T. Donaldson and Rebecca Ann Dowell Donaldson.

Funeral services for Margaret will be 10:30 am on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Stan Reid officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitaiton for Margaret will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on November 5, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
