Marshall Nikirk

Marshall Dale Nikirk, 96, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Paducah.

Mr. Nikirk was a retired office manager of the former Colonial Baking Company and member of East Baptist Church.

Surviving is his wife of 72 years, Betty Nikirk; one daughter, Marsha McWhirter; one son, Niki Nikirk; three granddaughters, Marisa (Keith) Kilgore, Kelly (Allen) Sheldon, Deena Toon; four great-grandchildren, Logan Kilgore, Garrett Kilgore, Presten Bruer, Brooke Sheldon; one brother, Delvin Nikirk; and two sisters, Warnetta Kirkman and Bonnie Nobbitt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lelah Nikirk; one brother, Danny Nikirk; and six sisters, Wilma Henderson, Beatrice Buher, Lois Andis, Marjorie Henderson, Wanda Roberts, and Dana O’Neal.

Graveside services with military honors will be at 10:00am on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Kenneth Puckett officiating. Burial will follow.
