Miriam Estella Garrett, 50, of Paducah passed away at 6:21 PM Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Lourdes Hospital.
Mrs. Garrett was employed in the Food Service at Lourdes Hospital and was a member of Salt & Light Community Church of Paducah.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Garrett of Paducah; parents, Julio Castellanos Nuñez, Mariana Mijangos Hernandez De Castellanos of Antigua; two sons, René Azurdia and Walter Emilio Castellanos, both of Paducah; three daughter, Louise Mariana Garrett of Paducah, Holly Jones of Nashville, Tabatha Bell of Benton; daughter in-law, Jesscilyn Rose Henry; two brothers, Hector Manuel Castellanos Mijangos, Julio Ricardo Castellanos Mijangos; of Antigua; two sisters, Ana Victoria Castellanos Mijangos of Antigua, Rosa Maria Castellanos Mijangos of Paducah; four grandchildren, Alexzander Emilio Castellanos, Josh Jones, Hannah Jones, Joseph Wynn; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 6, 2015 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jim Glover officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens of Paducah.
Visitation will be begin at 5:00 PM Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the funeral home.
