Neva Douglas, 94, of Paducah passed away at 8:34 AM Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Douglas was a retired Secretary at Paducah Community College and a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church of Paducah.
She is survived by her son, Steven Linn Douglas and wife Gail of East Prairie, MO; two daughters, Monta Faye Tuxill and husband Richard of Auburn, N.Y., Marla Caskey of Paducah; seven grandchildren, Douglas Tuxill, Jared Tuxill, Frank McKinzie, Shulon Day, Steven Douglas, Matthew Douglas, Mark Douglas; 20 great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Duncan and Eliza (Whalen) Estes; husband, Stephen Douglas; one brother; one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Willis Henson and Rev. Terry Sills officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens of Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions made to Oaklawn Baptist Church, 500 Oak Road Paducah, KY 42003.
