Noel Rankin

Noel Rankin, 60, of Paducah, passed away at 6:15 am on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Baptist Health.
He was the owner of Rankin Excavating. Noel was a member of Southland Baptist Temple, The National Rifle Association, and was an avid outdoorsman.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Barbara Rankin; two sons, Travis Rankin and wife Sarah of Independence KY; Matt Rankin of Paducah; brother, Darran Rankin of Paducah; and six grandchildren, Isaac, Sophia, Dominic, Maximilian, Oliver, Matthew Rankin; and one niece, Hannah Rankin Bucklin and husband Mason Bucklin. His parents are Charlie Rankin and Betty Malone Rankin.
He was preceded in death by his grandson Hunter Rankin.
Funeral services for Noel will be 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Noel will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
