Mrs. Norma Jean Hines, age 88 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 1:15 PM at Signature Healthcare Facility in Nashville, Tn.
She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church; She had worked at Murray-Calloway County Hospital, and she retired from Tappan Industries.
Mrs. Hines is survived by her daughter- Gloria Buhler of Mayfield, Ky; daughter- Evelyn Marie Williams of Jackson, Ms; daughter- Krista Romaine of Mayfield, Ky; son- William Rodger Matthews of Destrehan, La; sister- Virginia Phelps of Metropolis, Il; sister- Deloris Jenne of Centre, Al; sister- Mary Shaw of Miami, Fl; eleven grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband- William Curtis Matthews; 2nd husband- Clayton Klibbe; two sons- Charles Wayne Matthews and Curtis Eugene Matthews; two sisters- Martha June Denton and Shirley Taylor; two brothers- Oakley Robinson and Cleamon Robinson; parents- Mike & Emma Boswell Robinson.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Wayne Berry and Rev. Curtis Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
