Ruby Hunt

Ruby Jean Hunt, 91, of Paducah, passed away at 4:53 PM on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at New Haven Assisted Living in Paducah.
Mrs. Hunt was a member of Reidland Church of Christ, a Tutor for children at Farley Elementary School.
She is survived by one son, Greg Hunt and wife Becky of Paducah; two daughters, Randa Edwards and husband Flint of Paducah, Lynn Nagel and Husband Tom of Paducah; five grandchildren, Chad Edwards, LaMia Edwards Allgood, Kyle Edwards, Michael Nagel, Lyndsey Campbell; eight great grandchildren, Jordan Mingis, Ian Mingis, Emily Allgood, Baylee Delk, Javen Campbell, Eastyn Campbell, Audrey Withrow-Nagel, Ethan Ellison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lynn Hunt; mother, Thelma Wyatt Medley, father, Dick Medley; and one great-grandson, Michael Christopher Nagel.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Terrell Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM to service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions made to Matheney Missionary Fund, Reidland Church of Christ, 5500 Kentucky Dam Road, Paducah, KY 42003.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at New Haven Assisted Living.
