Shelia Creason

Shelia F. Creason, 57 of Lone Oak, Ky passed away at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Lourdes Hospital. Sheila was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and employed by the McCracken County Board of Education as cafeteria employee at Concord Elementary School. She loved working with children and became known as "Miss Shelia" to many students going through Concord School during the past 23 years.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Creason, two daughters, Jennifer J. Karnes of Gilbertsville, Ky and Breanna Lee Creason of Lone Oak, KY; one son Brandon W. Karnes of Louisville, KY; one step-sister, Kandi Gordon Williams and husband, Ronnie of Marshall County; one brother, Nicky Walton, Benton, KY; one step-brother, Melvin Gordon and wife, Deanna of Marshall County, several nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death was biological father, Carl Walton; parents, John Lee Gordon & Mable "Sis" McLeod Gordon.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Dr. Jason Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, October 21, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
